مقدمة المنتج

The constant air volume terminal box provides a defined air quantity to a cleanroom branch without requiring the main duct pressure to remain perfectly steady. A multi-point inlet sensor reads velocity pressure across the round connection, while a calibrated controller drives the internal damper to the scheduled setpoint. The rectangular galvanized-steel casing transitions directly to downstream ductwork and keeps the actuator, tubing and controller outside the primary airstream for inspection. Optional acoustic lining and discharge attenuator sections can control breakout and regenerated sound in ceiling voids.

الخصائص الرئيسية

A multi-point inlet pickup averages velocity across the branch instead of relying on a single local pressure reading.

Closed-loop damper control maintains the selected air quantity through normal variations in system static pressure.

The external control enclosure leaves the actuator and pressure tubing reachable without opening the supply duct.

A rectangular slip-and-drive discharge connection simplifies transition to branch ductwork or a downstream reheat section.

مخاوف المنتج للعملاء

A constant-volume branch must hold its scheduled flow despite filter loading and upstream pressure movement while remaining quiet and serviceable above the ceiling.

Branch airflow rises whenever the main supply fan increases static pressure. The flow sensor and modulating damper continuously correct the terminal opening to retain the programmed volume.
A poorly selected inlet size produces unstable readings at low cleanroom airflow.Multiple inlet diameters and calibrated pickup factors allow the sensor velocity to stay within a useful control range.
Damper-generated noise travels directly to a ceiling diffuser.A lined casing or downstream attenuator section absorbs regenerated sound before the branch enters the occupied space.
Controls cannot be inspected after adjacent ceiling services are installed.A side-mounted removable enclosure groups the actuator, controller and tubing in one visible service location.
