مقدمة المنتج

The Compressed Air Oil Removal Filter is a single-stage Grade AA-type coalescer intended for installation after a correctly sized general-purpose aerosol prefilter. The selected PX035G-class configuration uses one epoxy-coated die-cast aluminum head, one threaded cylindrical bowl, two opposed 1½-inch line ports, one top differential-pressure indicator, one internal graded-density deep-bed element, one automatic float drain and one removable wall bracket. Oil and water droplets are captured within the high-void borosilicate medium, coalesce into larger drops and migrate through a dedicated outer drainage layer to the bowl base. This product targets liquid and aerosol contamination; it does not adsorb oil vapour, sterilize air, control dew point or replace a complete filtration train.

الخصائص الرئيسية

Graded-density borosilicate glass nanofibre media provides high aerosol capture without treating the element as an absolute membrane

Deep-bed pleating increases usable media area and lowers local face velocity through the single cylindrical element

An outer drainage layer, lower end-cap tension breakers and bowl drainage ribs direct coalesced liquid away from the airflow path

Opposed horizontal ports support compact installation in a straight compressed-air header

The top differential-pressure indicator gives a visible maintenance cue as resistance rises

The bottom automatic float drain removes accumulated condensate without relying on manual bowl emptying during normal operation

Anti-corrosion pretreatment and a durable external epoxy coating protect the die-cast aluminum pressure housing

A threaded head-to-bowl connection, replaceable head O-ring and alignment detail simplify controlled element servicing after depressurization

مخاوف المنتج للعملاء

Fine oil aerosols can pass through ordinary particulate filtration, contaminate downstream piping and raise the load on sensitive final-treatment stages unless the coalescer is correctly sequenced, sized and drained.

A high-efficiency element can be rapidly overloaded by bulk condensate or coarse contaminationInstall a water separator where bulk liquid is present and place a general-purpose coalescing prefilter immediately upstream of the selected Grade AA-type stage.
Selecting the housing only by its 1½-inch port can create excessive pressure loss at low inlet pressureCorrect the peak inlet flow for the minimum operating pressure and keep the selected PX035G-class filter within its 576 m³/h reference capacity at 7 bar conditions.
Coalesced oil and water can be re-entrained when the drain line is blocked or routed against back pressureMount the bowl vertically, connect the automatic float drain to a vented condensate-treatment line and function-test the drain during scheduled service.
A clean-looking exterior does not reveal increasing element resistanceTrack the differential-pressure indicator and the approved service interval, then replace the element before rising resistance compromises energy use or flow.
Oil vapour, microorganisms or moisture vapour may remain after aerosol coalescingAdd a separately selected adsorption stage, sterile-grade final filter and dryer when the final process specification requires vapour reduction, microbial control or a lower pressure dew point.

المعلمات الفنية

The selected catalogue-scale identity is a PX035G-class high-efficiency coalescing filter with one 1½-inch threaded housing and one graded-density AA-type element. Its published reference capacity is 160 L/s or 576 m³/h at 7 bar(g), 20°C, 1 bar absolute and dry reference-air conditions. Representative Grade AA performance is particle reduction down to 0.01 μm, 99.9999% filtration efficiency and no more than 0.01 mg/m³ remaining oil aerosol at 21°C when challenged and operated under the stated test conditions and protected by a suitable upstream general-purpose coalescer. The float-drain configuration is intended for approximately 1.5–16 bar(g) and 2–65°C. These values describe oil-aerosol coalescing performance, not removal of dissolved oil vapour or a universal total-oil result at every site condition.
