The AHU drain pan collects condensate below a chilled-water or direct-expansion cooling coil and directs it toward the drain connection. Its shallow Type 304 stainless steel body uses folded perimeter walls, continuously joined corners and a formed slope that converges at one low-point sump. Four external mounting ears provide defined attachment points without placing fastener penetrations inside the wetted floor. Replacement selection is based on the clear collection area, overall envelope, rim height, outlet location and connection size of the installed air-handler section.

Type 304 stainless steel provides a smooth corrosion-resistant wetted surface suited to routine AHU inspection and cleaning.
Folded walls and continuous corner welds keep the collection boundary clear of open seams within the condensate path.

Effective condensate removal requires the replacement pan to fit the coil section, remain accessible for cleaning and maintain a continuous fall to the connected drain line.
A flat or incorrectly oriented pan leaves standing water away from the drain opening.The floor geometry is formed toward a defined low-point sump and the outlet side is matched to the installed airflow-section layout.
An outlet at the wrong height, side or thread size cannot reconnect to the existing trap and drain pipe.Outlet diameter, centerline, thread form and left- or right-hand position are specified from the removed pan or equipment drawing.
Fastener holes or discontinuous corner seams inside the wetted area can create difficult-to-clean leakage paths.Mounting holes remain on external ears while the collection floor and perimeter corners use uninterrupted stainless surfaces and continuous welds.
A replacement that is too shallow or too narrow can miss coil carryover and overflow during peak dehumidification.Collection width, length, rim height and drain capacity are selected together for the actual coil face and available AHU cabinet space.
