The Cleanroom Plastic Tray is formed from chemically resistant polypropylene with a one-piece body and rounded internal corners. Its shallow walls keep components visible and accessible, while the reinforced upper rim limits flex during transfer. A stable flat base and smooth, nonporous finish support repeat cleaning and orderly movement between process steps.

Open trays must balance access, containment and cleanability. Deep corners can retain residues, overloaded trays can flex, and poorly matched plastics may be affected by aggressive cleaning agents.
