Paper Honeycomb Cleanroom Panels bond coated-steel facings to an expanded cellular paper core inside a closed perimeter frame. The honeycomb geometry supports both skins at many closely spaced points, producing a flat panel with low overall weight. Installers can move larger modules with less lifting effort, which is useful in interior fit-outs and ceiling work. The core must remain dry and fully enclosed, so this economical construction is intended for controlled indoor areas without wash-down exposure or high concentrated loads.
