Introducción del producto

The synthetic-fiber medium-efficiency filter uses a graded nonwoven polyolefin or polyester medium formed as stabilized pockets or rigid pleats. Fiber diameter and layer density change through the media depth so particles are stored progressively rather than concentrated on the entering face. Welded or stitched pocket seams resist tearing, while a supported pleated version uses corrosion-resistant mesh and a sealed frame. The synthetic construction avoids glass-fiber shedding and retains structural strength in humid supply-air systems, food facilities and clean support areas.

Características clave

Graded synthetic layers combine coarse dust storage with finer downstream particle capture.

Hydrophobic fibers retain tensile strength when exposed to humid outdoor or process air.

Welded pocket seams or wire-supported pleats control media movement during fan cycling.

Low-shedding polymer media is suitable where brittle glass fibers are undesirable.

Preocupaciones del producto del cliente

Synthetic filters are selected when moisture, abrasion or fiber-release concerns make conventional glass media difficult to maintain.

Humid intake air weakens media and causes pockets to sag.Hydrophobic polyester or polyolefin fibers retain strength and dimensional stability at high relative humidity.
Brittle fibers release during filter handling near sensitive processes.Continuous synthetic filaments and bonded nonwoven layers reduce loose-fiber shedding.
Pockets tear along stitch lines after repeated fan cycling.Reinforced seams and controlled pocket geometry distribute tension along the full pocket length.
Surface-loaded media reaches high resistance before using its full depth.A progressive-density fiber profile stores larger particles upstream and finer particles deeper in the medium.
