Introducción del producto

The exhaust HEPA filter uses a deep glass-microfibre pack housed in a rigid galvanized-steel or stainless-steel box. Media separators and protective faceguards on both sides help the filter withstand turbulent extract air, maintenance handling and the controlled change procedure used in containment housings. Continuous polyurethane potting seals the pack edge, and a carefully positioned closed-cell gasket mates with front-access, side-access or bag-in/bag-out clamping frames. Optional high-capacity and incinerable configurations address different exhaust loading and disposal strategies.

Características clave

A reinforced metal box protects the filtration pack during removal through containment bags or glove-access housings.

Upstream and downstream faceguards shield the media from debris and accidental contact in exhaust service.

Deep-pleat or high-area mini-pleat configurations accommodate different airflow and dust-loading requirements.

Gasket placement can be matched to the knife-edge or sealing flange direction of the exhaust housing.

Preocupaciones del producto del cliente

Exhaust filters capture contaminants before discharge and must remain intact through loading, isolation and maintenance handling.

An exposed media face is damaged by debris entering the exhaust branch.Dual rigid faceguards protect both sides of the pack while preserving the open flow area.
A loaded filter deforms as it is pulled into a change-out bag.A reinforced metal box keeps the filter square and supports the media pack during controlled removal.
The gasket is installed on the wrong face for the containment housing clamp.Upstream, downstream or double-gasket arrangements are selected to match the housing seal plane.
Exhaust loading causes an unexpectedly rapid pressure rise.Deep-pleat or V-bank media area is selected according to extract airflow and anticipated aerosol burden.
