The Specialty Gas Cabinet is an active source enclosure for supplying one hazardous or high-purity cylinder to a clean process line. The selected catalogue configuration uses one tall welded light-gray steel cabinet, one secured 47-50 L-class process cylinder, one compact 316L electropolished pressure-control and purge manifold, one flexible cylinder connection, one process outlet, one purge inlet, one top exhaust collar, one local HMI, one three-color beacon and one red emergency-stop control. Normal operation keeps the enclosure connected to facility exhaust while the manifold reduces cylinder pressure, supports evacuation or inert-gas purge sequences and isolates the source when an alarm or external interlock demands shutdown. This is not a passive cylinder storage cupboard, a bare gas panel, a multi-branch valve manifold box or a point-of-use regulator.
