High-Purity Gas Tubing forms the clean metallic flow path between gas-source equipment, distribution headers and process tools. The selected catalogue basis is seamless UNS S31603 stainless tube with a 6.35 mm outside diameter, 0.89 mm wall and 0.25 µm Ra maximum electropolished internal surface. Straight 6096 mm lengths reduce unnecessary field joints while square prepared ends support repeatable orbital butt welding. After final cleaning, the bore is dried, both ends are capped and each tube is protected for controlled handling. The product is supplied as unassembled tubing without fittings, valves, regulators, gauges, supports or a fabricated route.

The selected display basis follows one common Swagelok-class seamless UHP straight tube at 6.35 mm OD x 0.89 mm wall and 6096 mm nominal length, with a 0.25 µm Ra maximum electropolished bore. The site's fixed ten-row schema uses panel-oriented labels; here Panel Thickness identifies the tube wall and Steel Facing Thickness identifies the absence of a separate facing layer. Final pressure, temperature, gas compatibility, cleaning grade, melt route, documentation and weld procedure must match the intended service.
