Sistema de aterramento ESD Garment

The ESD Garment Grounding System combines a conductive-grid smock, conductive knit cuffs, hip snap and safety-resistor coiled cord to control charge on the garment and wearer.
  • Conductive grid fabric maintains continuity between garment panels.
  • Hip-to-cuff path integrates the wearer with the ground connection.
  • Detachable coiled cord keeps the grounding interface away from hand work.

Introdução do produto

Texturized polyester fabric is interwoven with carbon-conductive yarn and assembled with electrically continuous seams. Conductive cuffs contact the wrists, while a hip snap accepts a detachable ground cord. This arrangement prevents the garment from remaining an isolated charged conductor and provides a practical hands-free grounding route at electronics workstations.

Características-chave

Carbon-conductive yarn forms a continuous grid through the garment.

Panel-to-panel seam construction preserves electrical continuity.

Conductive knit cuffs establish contact at both wrists.

Hip-mounted snap keeps the cord clear of precision hand operations.

Coiled lead extends with operator movement and retracts near the bench.

Replaceable cord and modular garment simplify inspection and maintenance.

Preocupações do produto do cliente

Effective garment grounding requires conductive fabric continuity, reliable skin contact at the cuffs and a verified connection from the garment snap to the designated ground.

Insulative clothing beneath a coat can retain charge.Conductive-grid outer fabric surrounds the torso and sleeves and is bonded to ground.
A smock can become a floating conductor when not connected. The hip snap and coiled lead provide an intentional route to the workstation ground.
A wrist-mounted lead interferes with detailed work.Hip-to-cuff continuity relocates the external cord connection away from the hands.
Broken seam continuity creates undetected isolated panels.Conductive seam construction supports panel-to-panel verification during periodic tests.
Fixed leads complicate laundering and garment replacement. The detachable cord separates from the smock for cleaning, inspection or exchange.

Aplicações típicas

Electronics assembly and rework benches.Semiconductor handling and test areas.ESD-protected cleanrooms.Component inspection and packaging stations.Laboratories handling static-sensitive devices.
