This digital differential pressure gauge integrates a low-pressure sensing cell, display electronics and panel-mount hardware in one compact indicating instrument. The single high-contrast LCD presents the measured pressure difference and engineering unit at the equipment face, while three front keys support zeroing and configured display functions without an analog pointer or fluid column. Red and blue rings distinguish the two air-tube connections, and a seven-position rear screw terminal provides one organized point for power, signal and optional alarm wiring. Two stainless retaining clips secure the rectangular bezel to a prepared panel opening. Measurement span, supply, output, tubing size and alarm functions are selected to suit room pressurization, filter condition or ventilation service.

A useful local reading depends on both pneumatic routing and electrical configuration; an attractive display cannot compensate for reversed tubes, an unsuitable span or incorrect zero reference.
Connecting the higher-pressure pickup to the low port reverses the sign and can misrepresent the intended room-pressure relationship.The red and blue port markings are traced to the two pickup locations, and the displayed sign is verified with a known pressure direction after installation.
Selecting a broad full-scale range for a small cleanroom setpoint makes normal pressure changes harder to resolve on the display.The gauge span and engineering unit are chosen around the normal operating band and alarm thresholds while allowing margin for door and fan transients.
Leaks, sharp tube bends or condensate in either line can create a sluggish or offset indication even when the electronics remain powered.Both pressure paths are kept airtight, supported and free of restrictions, with pickup positions and tubing condition included in routine checks.
Replacing an instrument with different panel dimensions or terminal functions can leave an insecure bezel or incorrectly assigned conductors.Panel cutout, enclosure depth, clip travel, supply, output and terminal assignment are compared with the existing gauge before wiring or clamping the replacement.
