Introduction de produit

The bubble-tight isolation damper uses one rigid rectangular butterfly blade inside a heavy flanged channel frame. When the actuator rotates the blade to closed, a continuous silicone seal is compressed against the seat around the complete perimeter. The drive axle passes through a double-gland stuffing box, and outboard bearings keep the blade aligned without placing the bearing races in the air path. Stainless-steel construction and compatible coatings allow the assembly to serve isolation, wash-down and decontamination boundaries.

The perimeter seal is mechanically fastened to the blade so it can be inspected and replaced without welding.

Double-gland axle packing restricts leakage around the rotating shaft where it exits the pressure boundary.

External relubricable bearings carry radial load while remaining accessible outside contaminated airflow.
