Steam enters a distribution header and flows through copper tubes surrounded by aluminum fins. As steam condenses, latent heat transfers rapidly to the air crossing the fin face and condensate exits through a lower return connection. Correct tube pitch, casing orientation and venting support drainage at part load, while a non-freeze steam-distributing pattern can be selected for cold outdoor-air duty.

A properly sized steam header distributes vapor across the tube bank instead of concentrating flow at one circuit.
Lower condensate connections and pitched tubes reduce retained water and waterhammer risk.
Removable casing panels expose tube returns, vents and trap connections for inspection.
