Introduction de produit

The BIBO housing encloses each filter behind a sealed service door and an external bagging ring. Before the door is opened, a transparent change bag is attached to the collar so the used element can be released, enclosed and removed without direct contact with the dirty plenum. An internal clamping mechanism compresses a gasket-seal or gel-seal filter uniformly against its sealing surface. Fully welded stainless construction and flanged duct connections form a durable containment section for hazardous exhaust systems.

Key Features

A dedicated bagging collar retains the change bag throughout removal and replacement.

Independent filter clamps apply controlled pressure around the complete sealing perimeter.

A removable door gasket isolates the service opening during normal operation.

Modular one- and multi-wide sections support particulate and molecular filter stages.

Préoccupations du client produit

Filter replacement in contaminated exhaust can expose technicians and release captured material unless the service opening remains enclosed.

Opening a conventional access door exposes the loaded filter face. The attached change bag forms a flexible barrier around the filter during removal.
A filter is installed unevenly and leaks at one corner.A guided clamping system applies uniform compression across the gasket or gel interface.
The bag slips from the collar while the old element is being handled.Raised bagging rings, security straps and cinching bands retain the barrier at the service port.
Multiple stages require separate, poorly sealed field enclosures.Welded modular housings can combine prefilter, HEPA and molecular stages in one flanged train.
