Split Butterfly Valve

Produkteinführung

The split butterfly valve connects a source container to a receiving vessel without leaving one open valve face exposed. Each half closes its own container. After docking, the two disc halves lock together and act as one butterfly valve; powder transfers through the combined bore, then the valve closes before undocking. The active half contains the drive mechanism, while passive halves can remain on multiple bins or bags. Valve diameter, seals and cleaning method are selected for the powder and process.
