The duct hanger forms a rigid trapeze below the structural attachment points. Two continuously threaded rods pass through the ends of a galvanized slotted C-channel and are retained by paired nuts and washers, allowing installers to set crossbar elevation and level before the duct is seated. The open channel accepts compatible saddles or restraint hardware without requiring holes to be drilled through the supported duct casing.
