Introducción del producto

PVDF-Coated Chemical-Resistant Cleanroom Panels use a durable fluoropolymer finish over galvanized steel skins bonded to a rigid polyurethane core. PVDF provides stronger resistance to many disinfectants, acids and cleaning agents than standard polyester paint while retaining a smooth non-porous surface. Chemical performance also depends on the joint sealant, trims and fasteners, so these interfaces use compatible materials rather than ordinary construction compounds. The panel forms a lightweight insulated wall for laboratories, pharmaceutical process rooms and other controlled interiors with demanding cleaning cycles.

Características clave

PVDF coating provides improved resistance to repeated disinfectants and many process chemicals.

A smooth fluoropolymer surface releases residue more readily than porous wall finishes.

Compatible sealants protect joints, corners and cut-outs where chemical attack often begins.

Closed-cell PU insulation keeps the wall light and thermally stable.

Replaceable modules allow localized surface damage to be repaired without rebuilding the complete enclosure.

Preocupaciones del producto del cliente

Reliable chemical resistance requires the facing, sealant, trims and exposure conditions to be considered as one surface system.

Standard polyester paint can soften, stain or lose gloss after repeated chemical cleaning.A thicker PVDF finish provides a more durable barrier against many common disinfectants and process splashes.
An incompatible sealant may fail before the main panel face shows damage.Chemical-compatible joint and perimeter sealants protect every interface exposed to the room.
Residue remaining on a textured surface prolongs chemical contact and accelerates attack. The smooth non-porous coating supports prompt rinsing and complete wipe removal.
Localized splash damage can force replacement of a large conventional wall area.Demountable modules allow the affected panel and trims to be replaced individually.
