Pengenalan Produk

The AHU fan belt is an endless trapezoidal power-transmission belt used between the motor pulley and fan shaft sheave of a belt-driven air-handling unit. A resilient elastomer body transfers load through the pulley groove, longitudinal tension cords control stretch, and a fabric wrap protects the working surfaces from abrasion. Correct replacement depends on profile, datum or pitch length, matched-set tolerance, pulley condition and installation tension. A new belt should not be forced over a sheave and multiple-belt drives require a length-matched set rather than a mixture of new and worn belts.

The trapezoidal section wedges into a corresponding pulley groove to transmit torque through controlled sidewall friction.

Longitudinal tensile cords limit elongation while repeatedly flexing around the motor and fan sheaves.

A continuous molded body avoids mechanical joints and supports even load transfer around the entire belt circumference.

Fan-drive reliability depends on selecting the exact section and effective length, then installing it on aligned pulleys at the specified tension.

A belt with the wrong cross-section rides too high or too low in the pulley groove and cannot transmit load correctly.Top width, section height and groove profile are matched to the existing sheaves before the replacement is supplied.
An incorrect effective length can leave too little adjustment for proper tension or overload the shaft bearings.The existing belt designation and measured drive geometry are used to select the appropriate datum or pitch length.
Replacing only one belt in a multi-groove drive causes unequal load sharing between old and new belts.Parallel drives are serviced with a factory-matched set of equal-length belts installed at the same time.
Pulley misalignment and excessive pretension accelerate flank wear, heat generation and vibration.The belt is paired with inspected, aligned sheaves and tensioned by the AHU maintenance procedure rather than levered into place.
