This pass-through autoclave is designed for pharmaceutical facilities, laboratories, and sterile-processing layouts requiring a defined dirty-to-clean workflow. Automatic vertical sliding or hinged doors reduce handling effort, while recipe controls coordinate conditioning, exposure, exhaust, and drying. Chamber dimensions, utilities, barrier trim, and unloading-side controls are adapted to the facility layout.

Material transfer between cleanliness zones can undermine segregation if door logic, wall sealing, load flow, or cycle status is ambiguous. The system must also remove air reliably and prevent clean-side access to an incomplete or faulted load.

How is cross-zone access controlled?Independent door interlocks permit only the appropriate door to open according to cycle status and configured workflow.
How is the wall penetration sealed?A stainless barrier frame and custom trim interface with the partition to form a cleanable perimeter seal.
Can both sides see cycle status?The load side provides full control, while the unload side can display locked, cycle-complete, alarm, and door-ready states.

The pass-through autoclave integrates a jacketed stainless pressure vessel across a sealed partition.
