This pass-through autoclave is designed for pharmaceutical facilities, laboratories, and sterile-processing layouts requiring a defined dirty-to-clean workflow. Automatic vertical sliding or hinged doors reduce handling effort, while recipe controls coordinate conditioning, exposure, exhaust, and drying. Chamber dimensions, utilities, barrier trim, and unloading-side controls are adapted to the facility layout.

Material transfer between cleanliness zones can undermine segregation if door logic, wall sealing, load flow, or cycle status is ambiguous. The system must also remove air reliably and prevent clean-side access to an incomplete or faulted load.

The pass-through autoclave integrates a jacketed stainless pressure vessel across a sealed partition. Independent load- and unload-side doors are interlocked so the clean-side door remains closed until a successful cycle is complete.
