Introduction de produit

The heating coil is a compact hydronic heat exchanger installed upstream or downstream of other AHU treatment stages to raise dry-bulb air temperature. Hot water flows through parallel copper tubes mechanically expanded into aluminum plate fins, and a shallow galvanized casing supports the assembly at the air-handler opening. Heating duty commonly requires fewer tube rows than a chilled-water cooling section, reducing core depth and air resistance where the selected entering-water temperature permits. Replacement selection must match the original face dimensions, tube-row count, circuit arrangement, connection orientation and required sensible heating performance.

Incorrect supply and return positions make the existing pipework difficult to reconnect and service.Header side, union orientation, center spacing and thread size are matched to the removed coil or verified equipment drawing.
