Introduction de produit

The cleanroom goggle washing sink organizes manual processing of reusable protective eyewear without confusing the station with an emergency eyewash. A central divider separates detergent wash from low-pressure rinse water. Two removable blue polymer mesh baskets prevent lenses from contacting the stainless bowl, while a silicone-coated rack holds goggles individually during inspection and draining. The side-mounted fan spray controls rinse impact, and a guarded filtered-air manifold assists surface water removal without directing an exposed high-velocity nozzle at the lenses.

Key Features

A fixed center divider separates detergent washing from the final low-pressure rinse zone.

Soft blue mesh baskets support goggles without metal-to-lens contact and lift out for batch transfer.

Silicone-coated separators hold individual goggles apart so straps and lenses remain visible during inspection.

A perforated guard distributes filtered drying air across the rack rather than concentrating it at one lens.

Préoccupations du client produit

Reusable goggles need gentle separation through washing, rinsing and draining so lenses are not scratched, straps do not tangle and residual liquid is not trapped under stacked eyewear.

Loose goggles rub against a stainless bowl and scratch coated lenses.Removable soft blue mesh baskets isolate the eyewear from hard wetted surfaces.
Wash chemistry carries into the final rinse when every step uses one undivided basin. The welded center divider creates distinct wash and low-pressure rinse zones.
Nested goggles retain liquid between lenses, frames and elastic straps. The silicone-coated separation rack holds each item open and individually spaced.
A concentrated air jet lifts lightweight eyewear or damages anti-fog coatings. The guarded perforated manifold distributes low-pressure filtered air over the whole rack.
