The ESD Footwear Grounding System uses a matched pair of adjustable heel grounders and conductive ribbons to connect personnel to a compatible ESD floor.

Each unit combines a non-marking rubber heel cup, adjustable retention strap and bright conductive ribbon placed inside the shoe beneath the wearer.
