Introducción del producto

PIR Insulated Cleanroom Panels are continuously bonded with a rigid polyisocyanurate foam core between coated steel skins. The highly cross-linked core structure maintains efficient insulation and offers better stability at elevated temperature than standard polyurethane foam. Low density keeps modules easy to lift, while the bonded composite resists everyday bending during transport and assembly. Concealed joints close the insulation line between adjacent panels and provide a clean sealant channel, making the system useful for cold interfaces, temperature-controlled production and energy-conscious cleanroom envelopes.

Características clave

PIR chemistry provides a low thermal conductivity with a relatively thin enclosure build-up.

A highly cross-linked core retains shape better than conventional PU during elevated-temperature exposure.

Closed cells limit moisture migration through the insulation layer.

Continuous foam-to-steel bonding produces a light but torsionally rigid module.

Interlocking edges reduce thermal bypass and create a repeatable hygienic joint.

Preocupaciones del producto del cliente

Customers compare long-term insulation, joint condensation, foam protection and dimensional stability under temperature cycling.

A warm-side air leak can cause condensation inside a cooled wall joint.Tight interlocking profiles and uninterrupted sealant close the primary vapor path.
Repeated temperature cycling can stress foam-to-metal bonds.Controlled lamination and compatible adhesives maintain composite action across normal operating cycles.
Service cut-outs can leave the rigid foam exposed to damage.Factory-finished openings close the core with metal or polymer edge profiles.
Thermal bridges at corners undermine an otherwise efficient insulated wall.Insulated corner details and continuous panel tongues preserve the thermal layer at junctions.
