The clean utensil storage cabinet is arranged for washed tongs, scoops, small vessels and process accessories that must remain separated after cleaning. Four removable Type 304L perforated shelves sit on smooth blue support rails and accept repositionable silicone-edged dividers, preventing long or irregular utensils from rolling together. Laminated-glass double doors provide stock visibility without opening the enclosure. Residual droplets pass through the shelves to a shallow pull-out collection tray with a capped drain connection, while the welded cabinet stands 150 mm above the floor on adjustable stainless feet.
