Introducción del producto

Cement-filled steel raised access flooring is formed from a cold-rolled steel top sheet welded to a structural domed bottom pan, then filled internally with cementitious material. The composite panel combines the tensile strength of steel with a dense core that limits drumming and improves local stiffness. An epoxy coating protects the bare shell, and optional resilient finishes can be factory bonded to the top. Panels locate on pedestals or a stringered understructure, allowing equipment-room services to remain accessible throughout the floor life.

Características clave

Perimeter and dome welds make the top sheet and formed bottom pan act as a single structural shell.

Cementitious infill increases stiffness and reduces hollow metallic sound under foot and rolling equipment.

Epoxy-coated steel surfaces protect the panel during handling and service in dry technical environments.

Heavy stringer configurations distribute concentrated and rolling loads across multiple pedestal positions.

Preocupaciones del producto del cliente

Equipment rooms need removable flooring that remains stiff under rolling cabinets and concentrated feet without becoming noisy or unstable.

Unfilled metal panels drum and flex perceptibly under pedestrian traffic.Dense cementitious infill damps the hollow sound and supports the welded steel skins.
Rolling racks damage low-grade panel edges and create permanent rocking.Formed steel edges and the selected stringer grade spread repeated wheel loads across the understructure.
Service penetrations compromise a fixed concrete floor and are difficult to relocate.Modular panels can be lifted, replaced or prepared with factory-coordinated cable cutouts.
Bare unprotected steel begins to rust after transport or minor site moisture exposure. The welded shell receives a corrosion-resistant epoxy or galvanized protective finish.
