Introducción del producto

The BIBO housing encloses a prefilter, HEPA or molecular filter within a welded duct section. A ribbed collar surrounds the service opening and stores a change-out bag behind the access door. During filter replacement, the bag is extended over the operator's hands and the loaded filter, then sealed before removal. A positive clamping mechanism compresses the filter gasket or gel seal, while optional dampers isolate airflow during service.

Características clave

A ribbed service collar retains the containment bag and security strap.

The loaded filter is handled entirely inside the extended change bag.

A positive clamp applies repeatable pressure to the filter seal.

A gasketed access door closes the bag and filter compartment during operation.

Modular sections can combine prefilter, HEPA, damper and test-access stages.

Preocupaciones del producto del cliente

The filter retains concentrated contamination, making replacement a critical exposure point unless the service opening remains enclosed.

Removing the access door exposes the loaded filter. The stored bag extends over the service opening before the filter is handled.
The filter gasket is compressed unevenly.A positive clamping mechanism applies controlled pressure around the frame.
The used bag stub leaves the collar exposed.A new bag captures and seals the retained stub before the next change.
Air continues through the housing during service.Upstream and downstream isolation dampers can close the filter section.
