The AHU fan is a complete axial airflow module comprising a square galvanized mounting frame, circular inlet shroud, multi-blade impeller and rear-mounted electric motor. Its compact direct-drive arrangement avoids external belts and keeps the motor, wheel and electrical connection together as one serviceable spare part. Selection must match the original opening, airflow direction, fan duty, supply voltage, control method and connector pinout. The assembly is intended for installation inside compatible air-handling equipment with the appropriate guard, isolation and access provisions.

The formed inlet shroud guides air into the axial impeller and provides a rigid connection between the fan ring and square support frame.

A direct-coupled motor eliminates belt alignment at this fan module and keeps the rotating group compact for replacement work.

Four corner holes provide a clear mechanical reference for matching the existing AHU bulkhead or internal support panel.

A short flexible lead with a keyed plug supports controlled electrical disconnection when the mating connector and pin assignment match.

A reliable replacement requires the mechanical envelope, aerodynamic duty and electrical interface to correspond with the installed AHU rather than relying on frame size alone.

A fan with the correct opening size can still deliver the wrong airflow or pressure at the system resistance.The replacement is selected against the required operating point, rotational speed, airflow direction and available performance curve.

Different corner-hole patterns or motor depths can prevent the assembly from fitting the existing fan section.Frame dimensions, hole centers, shroud diameter and total rear projection are checked against the removed unit before manufacture.

An incorrect voltage, phase arrangement or connector pinout can damage the motor or AHU controls.Motor rating, control signal, cable length, plug type and terminal assignment are matched as one electrical interface.

Impeller imbalance or loose mounting can transmit vibration into cleanroom ductwork and panels.The rotating assembly is supplied as a matched unit and the rigid four-corner frame supports even fastening to the AHU structure.
