Introduction de produit

The cleanroom air distribution plenum box sits between a branch duct and the larger face of a diffuser or grille. Its internal volume reduces inlet velocity and allows pressure to spread before air reaches the terminal, preventing concentrated discharge beneath the spigot. Galvanized or stainless sheet construction forms a sealed path with a gasketed round connection, and an optional removable measuring damper provides room-side balancing. Non-fibrous or faced acoustic lining can reduce duct noise where the material is isolated from the clean airstream.

Key Features

The expanding chamber lowers dynamic pressure and distributes static pressure across the terminal face.

A rubber-sealed round spigot limits leakage at the branch duct connection.

Removable measurement and adjustment modules allow balancing through the diffuser opening.

Square, rectangular and full-length linear configurations match different cleanroom air terminals.

Préoccupations du client produit

A direct duct connection can leave a large diffuser face starved at the edges and noisy at the center unless velocity is equalized first.

Air exits only from the terminal area closest to the duct inlet.Adequate plenum depth and an internal distribution plate spread pressure across the complete outlet.
A balancing damper above the ceiling cannot be reached after handover.A removable control module is accessible through the diffuser or grille face from the room side.
Duct noise passes directly through a lightweight terminal outlet.Optional faced attenuation material and reduced internal velocity limit regenerated and transmitted sound.
Field-cut spigot joints leak into the ceiling void.Factory-formed beaded connections with integral rubber gaskets provide a repeatable sealed duct interface.
