Introduction de produit

The Clean Steam Filter is an inline hygienic housing for final particulate control in clean-steam services feeding sterilizers, SIP circuits, humidifiers and sensitive process users. Steam enters the compact upper head, passes through one cylindrical sintered 316L cartridge and leaves through the opposing sanitary outlet while retained scale, weld residue and pipe-borne debris remain within the metallic depth structure. A clamp-secured two-piece housing permits direct cartridge access, and dedicated top-vent and bottom-drain connections help remove trapped air and condensate during start-up, shutdown and maintenance. The assembly filters solid particles; it is not a moisture separator, steam trap, pressure regulator or steam generator.

Clean steam can acquire particulate contamination from generation and distribution surfaces, but the final filter must avoid excessive pressure drop, retained condensate and maintenance ambiguity.
