The aseptic workstation is arranged so filtered first air reaches the critical handling zone before passing over non-critical items. A stainless liner with radiused corners, flush utilities and a removable work tray supports repeated cleaning. The front opening is kept as small as the process allows, and the downflow diffuser is coordinated with equipment placement to avoid airflow shadows. As an open laminar-flow device, it depends on a suitable cleanroom environment and controlled aseptic practices.
