The animal transfer station differs from a single-sided cage changer by allowing operators or cage positions on both sides of the work surface. A central filtered downflow field protects the transfer zone, while perimeter and lower extraction grilles collect dander and airborne bedding. The long open ends accommodate carriers or cages entering from either direction. A rigid stainless frame resists movement during coordinated transfer steps.
