Introducción del producto

The Dry Vacuum Pump is a single-machine rough-vacuum source for processes that need clean compression without operating oil inside the pumping chamber. The selected purchasable configuration is a DRYVAC DV 200-class, single-stage dry screw pump with two synchronized non-contacting screw rotors, one integrated 7.5 kW motor and frequency converter, one DN63 top inlet, one DN40 exhaust with a matching silencer, water-cooling connections and a compact protective cover on one base. Gas is trapped between the counter-rotating screws and transported axially toward the exhaust while the bearing lubricant remains separated from the gas path. The package is one pump only: it is not the duplex receiver-and-PLC station used for ID 1927, not an oil-sealed rotary vane pump, not a liquid-ring pump and not a positive-pressure air compressor.

Características clave

Two synchronized screw rotors provide dry, positive-displacement compression without operating oil in the process chamber

A 210 m³/h maximum pumping-speed rating suits standalone industrial rough-vacuum duties and booster backing service

Ultimate pressure below 0.05 mbar without gas ballast supports evacuation, drying and low-pressure process cycles

An integrated frequency converter manages the 7.5 kW drive and avoids a separate floor-standing control cabinet for the basic pump

Water cooling with nominal 8 L/min flow stabilizes the pump body and motor-drive thermal load during continuous operation

The DN63 ISO-K inlet and DN40 ISO-KF exhaust provide standard vacuum interfaces for chambers, process lines and exhaust treatment

A matching DN40 silencer reduces discharge pulsation and supports a 65 dB(A) catalogue noise basis at ultimate pressure

The compact covered module on four isolating feet simplifies installation while keeping service connections accessible

Preocupaciones del producto del cliente

Dry screw pump selection depends on gas composition, condensable load, inlet protection, cooling-water quality, exhaust backpressure and the required evacuation time rather than nominal pumping speed alone.

Condensable vapor or process residue can accumulate when the pump is operated cold or stopped before the gas path is clearedUse the appropriate gas-ballast or purge arrangement, allow the pump to reach operating temperature and run a dry purge sequence after vapor-rich duty.
Particles entering the DN63 inlet can erode clearances or build up inside the dry screw chamberInstall an application-matched inlet screen, dust filter or knock-out separator and inspect it at intervals based on the actual process load.
Insufficient cooling-water flow can raise casing and drive temperatures and shorten service intervalsProvide approximately 8 L/min of clean 5-35°C cooling water within the specified pressure range and monitor supply and return conditions.
A restricted exhaust or undersized abatement connection can create excessive backpressureKeep the DN40 exhaust line at least as large as the pump outlet, minimize restrictions and confirm the downstream silencer or treatment system has adequate throughput.
A pump sized only by chamber volume may miss the required pump-down time or vapor throughputSelect the pump from chamber volume, target pressure, conductance, gas load and cycle time, then verify the complete pressure-speed curve for the duty point.
Dry compression is sometimes mistaken for an entirely lubricant-free machineKeep the oil-free process chamber distinction clear while maintaining the separately lubricated bearings and gear section according to the service schedule.

Parámetros técnicos

The locked catalogue identity is one unbranded DRYVAC DV 200-class pump corresponding to purchasable 380-460 V part 112020V15, fitted with the matching DN40 silencer. It contains exactly one white-to-light-gray epoxy-coated dry screw pump housing with one pair of internal counter-rotating screw rotors, exactly one integrated horizontal 7.5 kW motor, exactly one black rectangular motor/frequency-converter protective cover, exactly one vertical DN63 ISO-K inlet flange on top, exactly one DN40 ISO-KF exhaust routed to one short cylindrical silencer, exactly two G1/2 cooling-water connections, one D10 purge connection, exactly one dark-anthracite rectangular base and exactly four black vibration-isolating feet. Externally visible hardware remains one standalone pump without a receiver, second pump, oil separator canister, compressor air end, PLC cabinet or detached spare component. The selected manufacturer data state 210 m³/h maximum pumping speed, ultimate pressure below 0.05 mbar without gas ballast, 7.5 kW rated power, approximately 370 kg weight, 1115 x 612 x 478 mm nominal envelope, water cooling and 65 dB(A) with silencer at ultimate pressure.
