This cleanroom LED driver is a replaceable power-conversion module for compatible sealed ceiling and task luminaires. Its switching electronics are encapsulated inside one low-profile extruded aluminum housing, with separate mains-input and LED-output leads passing through compression glands at opposite ends. Four mounting ears hold the enclosure against a heat-dissipating surface, while one gasketed top access cap protects the selected output-current adjustment. The spare part contains no LED board, diffuser, lamp tube or room-control electronics; input range, output-current window, load voltage, dimming method and mounting pattern are matched to the existing luminaire before replacement.

The constant-current architecture regulates the connected LED load within its specified voltage window instead of applying an uncontrolled fixed-voltage supply.

A potted aluminum enclosure protects the internal switching assembly and provides a defined thermal path to the luminaire mounting surface.

A driver can fit the available space yet remain electrically unsuitable; reliable replacement depends on matching its input, current regulation, voltage window, dimming interface and thermal mounting conditions.

An excessive output-current setting can overdrive the installed LED board, while an undersized setting reduces the intended light output.The replacement is selected and adjusted to the LED module's rated operating current before the luminaire is returned to service.
A driver whose output-voltage window does not cover the LED string may flicker, cycle or fail to regulate after startup.The LED string's forward-voltage range is checked against the driver's constant-current operating window under the expected load.
A visually similar control-gear module may use a different dimming protocol or conductor arrangement from the installed lighting controls.Input, output and optional dimming functions are matched conductor by conductor to the original wiring schedule and control method.
Encapsulated electronics can still run too hot if the replacement is left suspended or mounted on an insulating surface.All four ears are secured to the intended heat-dissipating mounting plane with the specified clearance and cable bend radius maintained.
