The Bouffant Cap expands into a roomy pleated crown that accommodates different hair volumes while its continuous elastic edge sits around the hairline. Spunbond polypropylene provides a light, breathable disposable layer for controlled support areas, laboratories, food handling and general manufacturing. Compact folding enables efficient dispensing without rigid components.

A bouffant cap must contain the complete hairline without excessive elastic pressure. Selecting a diameter that is too small can cause slippage, while an oversized cap may sag near the work area.
