Autoclave Biosécurité à double porte
- Opposing Vertical-Sliding Doors
- Jacketed 316L Square Chamber
- Continuous Building Bioseal
- Filtered Exhaust and Closed Effluent Path
Introduction de produit
The Biosafety Double-Door Autoclave is a through-wall steam-processing barrier for compatible laboratory loads moving out of a controlled containment zone. Its rectangular 316L pressure chamber is surrounded by a sectional jacket and terminates in automatic vertical-sliding doors at opposite ends, rather than two doors on one face. A continuous external bioseal closes the interface between the sterilizer body and the building opening, while separate compression gaskets seal the two pressure doors. Each end has its own HMI and door-status controls; the interlock prevents both doors from opening together and retains the receiving-side door until the configured cycle-release conditions are satisfied. Removed air passes through a dedicated HEPA housing, and chamber condensate enters a closed effluent-retention module instead of an open drain bottle. The illustrated floor-mounted arrangement uses four adjustable leveling feet plus an organized service-side run of stainless piping, isolation valves and blue manual handles. Chamber size, process recipe, exhaust-filter treatment, effluent hold logic and release criteria must be selected and verified for the actual load and facility risk assessment.
Key Features
The external bioseal flange and elastomeric wall gasket maintain the building barrier independently of the two pressure-door seals around the chamber openings.
A dedicated HEPA-filtered air-removal path and closed condensate-retention module keep exhaust and liquid effluent within configured treatment routes before release.
Separate near-side and far-side controls display cycle and door status at both ends, avoiding routine operator travel through the room boundary to operate the opposite face.
Préoccupations du client produit
A biosafety pass-through autoclave must protect the room barrier not only at its doors, but also along the wall interface, filtered air-removal route and condensate discharge path.
