Introduction de produit

The automatic roll air filter suspends a continuous synthetic or glass-fiber media curtain between an upper supply roll and a lower take-up roll inside a galvanized support frame. A differential-pressure switch or timer energizes the geared drive when the exposed section becomes loaded, presenting fresh media to the airstream without removing a bank of individual panels. Chains, tracks or a support screen guide the media across the full face and prevent it from being pulled downstream. The spent strip winds onto the take-up core for contained removal during scheduled maintenance.

Key Features

Automatic differential-pressure advance renews only the loaded section of the media curtain.

Continuous roll construction covers large intake faces with fewer individual filter changes.

A positive geared take-up system maintains curtain tension and stores used media on a removable core.

Side tracks and downstream support prevent flutter and edge bypass across tall filter banks.

Préoccupations du client produit

Reliable roll-filter operation depends on straight media tracking, a useful advance setpoint and enough remaining roll for the expected dust season.

Maintenance teams must replace dozens of large intake panels during production hours. The powered supply and take-up rolls expose fresh media automatically while the intake remains assembled.
A skewed curtain walks out of its guide and opens a bypass gap along one side.Aligned cores, side tracks and uniform take-up tension keep the roll square across the airflow.
Timer-only advance wastes usable media during clean-weather periods.Differential-pressure control advances the curtain in response to actual loading rather than elapsed time alone.
Operators discover an empty supply roll only after the filter face is fully loaded.A roll-end indicator or low-media switch provides visible notice before the final usable section is consumed.
