Antistatische HPL erhöhte Zugangsboden

A removable cement-filled steel access-floor panel finished with antistatic high-pressure laminate for cable access, grounded continuity and durable technical-room service.
  • Antistatic HPL Finish
  • Removable 600 mm Modules
  • Grounded Steel Shell
  • Underfloor Service Access

Produkteinführung

The antistatic HPL raised access floor combines a welded steel shell, cementitious infill and a factory-laminated high-pressure laminate surface. Square panels rest on adjustable steel pedestals and, where required, bolted stringers, forming an accessible void for cables and utilities. The metal panel body and understructure are bonded into the grounding network, while the antistatic HPL limits charge accumulation at the walking surface. Integral edge trim protects the laminate and allows individual panels to be lifted without disturbing adjacent modules.

Key Features

Antistatic HPL provides a sealed, abrasion-resistant walking surface with a typical 1×10⁹–1×10¹⁰ Ω resistance range.

A welded steel shell and cementitious fill give the module stiffness for rolling equipment and concentrated loads.

Each 600 mm panel remains removable for inspection or changes within the underfloor service zone.

Continuous metal-to-metal bonding through panels, pedestals and grounding conductors supports static control.

Kunden Produktbedenken

A technical-room floor must provide service access and static control without loose surface tiles or poorly grounded panel joints.

Cable changes require cutting or demolishing a fixed finished floor.Individual 600 mm modules lift from the pedestal grid to expose the service void.
Standard laminate allows uncomfortable static buildup around sensitive equipment.Antistatic HPL and a bonded metal understructure provide a controlled path for accumulated charge.
Applied surface tiles peel at panel edges during repeated access.Factory lamination and integral edge trim protect the HPL when panels are lifted and replaced.
Light panels rock under rolling cabinets or concentrated equipment feet.Cementitious-filled steel construction and optional stringers improve stiffness across the grid.
