The cleanroom electric hoist replaces an exposed chain with a high-strength synthetic flat belt and encloses the motor, brake and transmission within a smooth stainless housing. A belt wiper limits carried-in residue, while corrosion-resistant trolley and hook components support frequent surface cleaning. The compact arrangement suits workstations and short monorails where operators need repeatable vertical handling without conventional chain lubricant near the process.

The belt is wound inside the sealed drive housing and passes through a close-clearance outlet wiper to the lower hook block. Load rating, lift height, travel speed and electrical supply are selected for the duty cycle; trolley geometry is matched to the supporting beam.
