The Oil-Free Scroll Compressor is a small-footprint clean-utility package built around four independent air-cooled scroll air ends arranged in a 2-by-2 service layout. Each module uses a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll to compress air in progressively smaller pockets without injecting lubricating oil into the compression chamber. A common controller sequences the four modules according to pressure demand, rotates operating hours and keeps available modules running if one module is stopped for service. The selected two-door vertical cabinet contains the scroll modules, motors, inlet filtration, non-return valves, common discharge manifold and aftercooling section. It has no integrated air receiver or dryer; storage, moisture removal, final filtration and quality monitoring remain separately selected parts of the compressed-air system.
