The Oil-Free Screw Compressor is a compact enclosed package for clean process-air plants that need continuous rotary compression without lubricating oil entering the compression chambers. One electric motor drives a common gear module connected to a larger low-pressure screw stage and a smaller high-pressure screw stage. Water-cooled intercooling removes heat before the second stage, while an aftercooler and moisture separator condition the discharge before it leaves the cabinet. The selected two-door blue enclosure provides direct access to the compression module, coolers, controller and grouped air, cooling-water and drain interfaces. A receiver, dryer, final filters and point-of-use quality monitoring remain separate system selections rather than hidden inside this compact compressor package.
