This compact tester combines a stainless contact plate, a dedicated wrist-cord jack and three vertically arranged result lamps on a sloped front panel. The molded charcoal enclosure can sit on a counter or be adapted for a fixed entry-point position. During a test, the operator connects the worn strap cord and touches the metal plate to complete the measurement path through the skin, band and cord. The separated high, pass and low indications help supervisors identify an open/high-resistance condition or an unexpectedly low-resistance path without interpreting a numerical display.
