This cleanroom crane combines a freestanding stainless runway, traveling bridge and enclosed belt hoist into an overhead handling system designed for controlled manufacturing. Smooth metal surfaces, covered beam ends and accessible external joints support routine wipe-down. The blue synthetic lifting belt avoids the exposed chain lubricant and abrasion points associated with conventional chain lifting media.

Paramètres techniques

Four floor-mounted columns support paired longitudinal runways and a traveling transverse bridge. The trolley-mounted hoist moves the load along the bridge while the bridge travels on the runways, providing two horizontal axes plus vertical lifting. Hoist capacity, span, hook travel, speeds, power supply and control method are selected against the load, duty cycle and room envelope. Final structural sizing remains application-specific.
