Clean Compressed Air Piping distributes already-treated air between the compressor-room treatment train and cleanroom equipment without the rust scale and rough internal surfaces associated with conventional ferrous pipe. The selected catalogue-scale assembly uses two smooth 40 mm blue aluminum header sections and one 25 mm gooseneck branch assembled with reusable push-to-connect fittings. Its reducing tee faces upward from the header crown, then two elbows carry the branch over and down to a single red-handled point-of-use valve. The header is supported on snap-shut clips and pitched slightly toward one dedicated low-point drain, limiting bottom-fed dead legs and making moisture removal accessible. The piping does not filter, dry, sterilize or regulate air on its own; delivered air quality remains a property of the complete treatment, installation and maintenance system.
