Introduction de produit

The alkaline gas molecular filter is built around an acid-impregnated porous adsorbent that neutralizes ammonia and related basic vapours. Granules are densely packed between rigid mesh faces so the air stream crosses a consistent reaction bed. The cell can be installed in a standard side-access housing or a safe-change system downstream of particulate prefiltration. Separate basic-gas media prevents the premature exhaustion that occurs when general-purpose carbon is exposed to high ammonia loading.

Key Features

Acidic impregnation promotes chemisorption of ammonia and light amines.

Deep packed media provides longer residence time than a thin carbon sheet.

Sealed perimeter gasketing directs all air through the active bed.

Low-dust screens protect downstream HEPA stages from pellet abrasion.

Préoccupations du client produit

Ammonia and amines are difficult to retain on untreated carbon and can quickly spread through recirculating ventilation.

General odour carbon shows early breakthrough when ammonia concentration rises.Acid-impregnated media reacts with alkaline molecules and provides higher usable capacity.
A thin pleated filter lacks enough media mass for continuous base-gas exposure. The deep granular bed increases adsorbent quantity and contaminant contact time.
Pellet movement creates voids after shipment.Retaining grids and bed compression keep the media evenly distributed across the face.
Combining acid and base control in one bed wastes selective capacity.A dedicated alkaline-gas stage can be arranged separately from acid- and VOC-removal stages.
