Steam Condensate Recovery System
- One vented stainless receiver
- Two alternating electric pumps
- Pre-piped valves and level controls
Produkteinführung
The Steam Condensate Recovery System is a skid-mounted electric return unit for collecting gravity-fed condensate and lifting it into a remote return header. The selected package has one horizontal atmospheric 304 stainless-steel receiver, two identical close-coupled centrifugal pumps mounted side by side beneath it, one pre-wired control enclosure and one externally visible level gauge. Separate suction branches feed the two pumps, while isolation and non-return valves protect each branch before both outlets join a common discharge manifold. The receiver also provides dedicated inlet, vent, overflow and drain connections. Float or magnetic level switches start, alternate and assist the pumps as the liquid level changes, while a high-level input supports local alarm and building-management monitoring. This identity is a condensate collection-and-lift package, not a flash vessel, pressurized pump trap, deaerator, boiler-feed dosing system or water-treatment skid.
Key Features
Two matched low-NPSH stainless centrifugal pumps in a duty-assist or duty-standby arrangement
Automatic lead-pump alternation to distribute running hours between the two pump trains
Independent pump suction isolation and discharge non-return valves for branch-level service
Common flanged discharge manifold for one field return-line connection
Visible receiver level gauge with separate control and high-level switching points
Pre-wired IP65 metal control enclosure with status lamps, selector controls and emergency stop
Rigid powder-coated carbon-steel skid frame with stainless-steel piping supports
Kunden Produktbedenken
A condensate return package must accommodate hot inflow and changing load without cavitation, overflow, branch reverse flow or loss of pumping availability.
