The food-grade stainless steel drain combines a sloped V-profile channel, rounded internal transitions, removable hygienic grating and a trapped outlet body. Pickled and passivated stainless surfaces resist routine washdown chemistry while limiting crevices that retain food soil. Leveling feet, floor anchors and edge profiles help the drain integrate with resin, tile or cementitious flooring, and modular lengths can follow production equipment and cleaning zones.
