This cleanroom garment sterilizer is built for reusable coveralls, hoods, boots, and compatible porous cleanroom textiles. Chamber dimensions and loading racks are arranged to avoid over-compression, while dedicated garment recipes control conditioning and drying. Single-door and double-door barrier versions are available for pharmaceutical production and controlled laundry workflows.

Dense or tightly compressed garments can trap air and moisture. Cycle performance therefore depends on breathable packaging, defined folding and loading patterns, adequate spacing, steam quality, vacuum integrity, and sufficient drying time.
How is steam penetration improved?Pulsed vacuum conditioning removes air before exposure, while validated pack density and rack spacing preserve steam access.
How is wet-load risk reduced?Heated jackets, post-vacuum drying, filtered-air breaks, and a load-specific dry phase remove retained moisture.
Can clean and non-clean sides be separated?A double-door barrier model interlocks loading and unloading doors to support one-way transfer.
How are cycles documented?Time, chamber temperature, pressure, vacuum stages, alarms, and completion state can be stored and exported.
