Introduction de produit

The Negative Pressure Isolation Room Unit is a purchasable mobile air-handling cabinet for converting a suitable healthcare room or contained zone to controlled exhaust operation. Contaminated air enters through the lower perforated intake, passes through a pleated prefilter and a gasket-sealed HEPA stage, then reaches an upper-rear centrifugal fan that discharges through the top duct collar and flexible connection. A powder-coated double-skin enclosure separates the service compartments, while compression-latched doors provide access to the filter train and fan without turning the product into a general-purpose comfort air conditioner. The front control fascia combines fan control, room-pressure indication and distinct normal/alarm status lights; paired sensing tubes connect the display to the monitored pressure points.

Key Features

A shallow prefilter intercepts coarse loading before the deep HEPA cartridge, extending useful final-filter service intervals.

The centrifugal fan is positioned downstream of both filters so the contaminated section remains on the suction side of the airflow path.

A single top discharge spigot and flexible duct cuff support connection to an approved outdoor exhaust route or a defined filtered-return arrangement.

Four lockable swivel casters, separated filter and fan access doors, and color-coded pressure ports simplify relocation, inspection and setup.

Préoccupations du client produit

A portable isolation exhaust unit must establish useful directional airflow without allowing filter bypass, losing pressure visibility or obstructing routine clinical movement.

Unfiltered portable fans can move contaminated air toward corridors or occupied adjacent spaces. The enclosed two-stage intake path directs collected room air through the prefilter and HEPA cartridge before it reaches the exhaust fan.
A fixed fan setting may not match different room volumes, leakage rates or duct resistance.Variable-speed fan control allows the exhaust rate to be adjusted while the connected pressure display shows the resulting room differential.
Filter replacement can expose service personnel when doors, seals and airflow direction are poorly arranged.A dedicated gasketed filter door, compression latches and downstream fan layout keep the filter bank retained within a defined service compartment.
Temporary isolation equipment can consume floor space or become difficult to route to a window or exhaust point. The narrow upright cabinet, lockable casters and single top flexible duct connection support compact bedside-area placement and practical discharge routing.
