Low-Extractable Cleanroom Wipes use a dense double-knit fabric made from continuous-filament polyester. Cleanroom laundering removes processing residues, while a laser- or ultrasonic-sealed perimeter limits fiber release from cut edges. This construction is intended for equipment, optical, electronic and precision surfaces where both mechanical durability and residue control matter.

Critical surfaces can be affected by trace residue as well as visible contamination. A wipe that sheds at its edges or contributes soluble ions may create defects even when the surface appears clean.

Cut edges may release fibers during high-friction cleaning.Specify a laser- or ultrasonic-sealed perimeter appropriate for the fabric weight.
Residual ions or nonvolatile extractables can interfere with sensitive processes.Match the laundering and packaging grade to the required contamination-control level.
A weak substrate may distort or tear when saturated with solvent.Use double-knit continuous-filament polyester for dependable wet strength.
